As founder at Chadderton R & D and Lead Implementation Consultant, it is my life’s honor to lead a team that relishes seeing people and businesses grow. Like most of the team, I hold quaifications that include a Masters degree in Strategic Planning, numerous certifications and diverse experiences.

Founded in February 2021, we beleive that what is more important is that at the core of all the we do is our values ; an evidence-based approach, continuous learning, intuitive, gentle support and integrity.

Having a career in business strategy, functioning as a director, and being a lifelong learner I still find joy and meaning in meeting different people, business owners and managers (especially middle managers), collaborating with them, and playing an active role in expanding businesses.
